Competition – "GBT Summit Contest"

§1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

1.1. These regulations define the rules of participation in the competition organized by EMS Nordic Kontor i Stockholm (Hammarby Fabriksväg 61 120 30 Stockholm) on the website: https://www.instagram.com/emsnordic/

1.2. The competition is organised in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

1.3. The terms used in these Regulations mean:

1) Competition – “GBT Summit Contest” organised by EMS Nordic Kontor and Stockholm;

2) Competition task – a task, the completion of which is a condition for participation in the Competition;

3) User – a person who meets the conditions specified in these Regulations;

4) Organizer: EMS Nordic kontor i Stockholm (Hammarby Fabriksväg 61 120 30 Stockholm)

1.4. The competition will be held from 15/11/2024 to 25/11/2024, 11:59 p.m. The results will be published the next business day after the end of the competition.

1.5. EMS Nordic reserves the right to end the competition early if it is not possible to continue it in accordance with the requirements of legitimacy and reliability. Contest participants will be informed of this fact on the website: https://www.instagram.com/emsnordic/

1.6. The condition for participation in the Contest is the correct completion of the task specified in the contest post published on November 15, 2024 on the website https://www.instagram.com/emsnordic/

1.7. Taking part in the competition means agreeing to the terms of the Competition specified in these Regulations, including consent to the processing of the participant's personal data to the extent and on the principles specified in these Regulations.

1.8. The Participant's personal data will be processed by the Organizer for the purpose of communication between the Organizer and the Participant, delivering the prize and for the purposes of promotional, advertising and marketing activities on the EMS website / EMS brochures and leaflets / social media (Facebook and Instagram), which are under the exclusive control of EMS.

1.9. Providing data is voluntary. Consent may be revoked at any time. The participant has the right to request access to their personal data, rectification, deletion or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing, as well as the right to transfer their data and lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

1.10. Data processing will include the following scope: name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number, name of the office, city.

1.11. Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR. The controller of personal data is EMS Nordic kontor i Stockholm with its registered office at Hammarby Fabriksväg 61 120 30 Stockholm.

1.12. By accepting these Regulations, the Participant also consents to the publication of the work submitted by him/her and its use by the Organizer for promotional and marketing purposes.

1.13. By submitting a Contest Task, the Contest Participant declares that he or she is the author of the submitted contest task and that the submitted contest task does not infringe the rights of third parties and takes full responsibility in the event that a third party claims rights to the aforementioned contest task. In the event that a third party makes claims related to the task submitted to the contest, the Participant is obliged to repair the resulting damage.

1.14. The Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram.

1.15. Instagram is fully exempt from liability by each participant.

§2. PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

2.1. The participant's task is to leave a comment under the competition post and write a justification for why they would like to take part in GBT Summit. We also encourage to tag the profile of a friend you would like to take with you to the event and to follow the @emsnordic profile on Instagram.

2.2. By entering the competition, the Participant accepts the provisions of these Regulations.

2.3. Participation in the competition is free and optional. Only natural persons residing in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland who are at least 18 years of age may participate in the competition.

2.4. Employees of EMS Nordic, its affiliated companies, as well as other persons directly or indirectly connected with the organisation of the competition may not participate in it.

2.5. Participants who provide false or incorrect information about themselves or who nominate other people to participate will not receive the prize.

2.6. If it is found that a Participant does not meet any of the conditions specified in these Regulations, such Participant will be excluded from the Competition and will lose any right to a prize in the Competition.

2.7. If the Participant qualifies as a winner, the Participant consents to the publication by the Organizer of his/her work and name and surname as the Winner of the Competition on the Competition website and/or on the Client's website.

§ 3. COURSE OF THE COMPETITION

3.1. In order to select the winners of the Contest and to ensure the proper conduct of the Contest, the Organizer will appoint a contest committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Contest Committee") consisting of 3 people. The Contest Committee will select the most interesting contest entries.

3.2. Information on the rules of participation in the Contest and its course is provided to participants in the contest post placed on the profile https://www.instagram.com/emsnordic/ on 20/11/2024 and in these regulations.

3.3. Each Participant is entitled to only one attempt to participate in the Competition.

3.4. The Organizer is not responsible for the internet service providers through which Participants take part in the Contest, or through which the Organizer contacts Participants, the Participants' ability to access the social network Instagram.com or the Organizer's profile on the social network Instagram.com, or for individual computer settings and the way they are configured, or the settings or interruptions in the provision of services occurring at Internet access providers.

3.5. Contest participants impersonating third parties in order to increase their chances in the contest or persons copying and using the works of third parties, in particular for the purpose specified above, will be automatically removed from the contest and their data will be blocked in all future contest or promotional activities of the organizer.

3.6. Entries containing terms or phrases generally considered vulgar or offensive or violating personal rights or the rights of third parties will not be included in the competition.

3.7. Contest Participants may not transfer the right to receive the prize to third parties.

§ 4. PRIZES

4.1. Each Participant is entitled to win only one prize.

4.2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other prizes.

4.3. The prize is a ticket to the upcoming GBT Summit in Stockholm.

Winners will be selected based on the creativity of the comments they post.

4.4. The winners will be announced on the website https://www.instagram.com/emsnordic/ no later than the day after the end of the competition.

4.5. The winners will be notified by the competition organizer about the results on the website https://www.instagram.com/emsnordic/ in the published report with the results.

4.6. The prizes will be made available by the Competition Organizer by November 28, 2024 via private message on Instagram.

4.7. The Competition Organizer declares that it is not responsible for failure to issue the Prize in the event of incorrect data provided by the Winner, false or incomplete data provided in a way that makes it impossible to provide the Winner with the Prize. In such a case, the Prize shall be forfeited to the Organizer. The Organizer is not obliged to select another Winner in this place.

4.8. If after the date of the Contest adjudication circumstances arise as a result of which the basis for awarding prizes is eliminated (receiving evidence of fraud in the Contest, etc.), the given Contest Participant loses the prize. Information about the change of the Winner will appear on the page dedicated to the Contest.

§ 5. COMPLAINT PROCEDURE

5.1. Questions, complaints and claims regarding the conduct of the Competition should be sent to the following address: info@ems-nordic.se.

5.2. Only the Contest Participant is entitled to submit a complaint.

5.3. In the subject line of the message, please add the note "Complaint EMS Nordic Competition"

5.4. The complaint should include: the name and surname of the Participant and a detailed description of the complaint.

5.5. The decision of the Competition Committee regarding a given complaint is final and binding. The decision of the Competition Committee will be sent to the Participant by e-mail sent to the address provided in the complaint.

5.6. The decision of the Competition Committee does not exclude the Participant's right to pursue claims in accordance with applicable law.

5.7. Any disputes that may arise in connection with the competition will be resolved by a court of general jurisdiction.

§ 6. FINAL PROVISIONS

6.1. The Organizer authorizes the Competition Committee to make decisions regarding the exclusion of Participants from the Competition.

6.2. The decisions of the Committee referred to in paragraph 6.1. above may be taken in particular in the event of a Participant violating any of the provisions of the Regulations or undertaking other actions by the Participant which, in the opinion of the Committee, affect or may affect the course of the Contest, are contrary to good practices or affect or may adversely affect the image of the Organizer, and also violate or may violate the interests or rights of other Contest Participants.

6.3. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to these Regulations during the competition without giving reasons, as well as to interrupt or extend the competition.
