- Turn the device off
- Under the device, move the lever towards yourself and take out the black part (connector) of the cord.
- Check the integrity of the O-rings.
O-rings are worn out: contact EMS aftersales service to obtain them
O-rings are not worn out: The cable may not be properly connected. Check the cord connections.
