AIRFLOW® handpiece cord is not detected or missing. At least one cord system is required to operate the device.
- Switch the device off
- Underneath the device, slide the lever towards you and pull the black connector out.
- Disconnect AIRFLOW® handpiece cord and clean the electric contacts (jacks) present on the cord system connection. Also blow air to clean the device connection receptacles.
- Reinstall handpiece cord: insert the black connector back into the slot making sure the white dot on the connector is aligned with the black dot on the device and push it in hard until you see the green/lock appearing
- Start the device again.
