What’s Not Covered?

  • Normal wear and tear (e.g., sealing rings, water filters, powders, hoses, nozzles).
  • Damage caused by non-EMS consumables.
  • Improper use, unauthorized maintenance, or failure to follow operating instructions.
  • Maintenance services (these are chargeable).

When is Your Warranty Void?

  • Use of non-original EMS consumables, powders, or instruments.
  • Repairs done by unauthorized personnel or third parties.
  • Use of non-genuine spare parts.

FAQ

You can schedule your annual maintenance by contacting our
authorized service centers or your EMS representative.

Skipping annual maintenance may void your warranty,
especially if the issue could have been prevented.

Using non-original EMS parts or powders will immediately void your warranty.
