It may be time to replace the O-rings.
Turn off the device.
Under the device, move the lever towards yourself and remove the black part (connector) of the cord.
Check the condition of the O-rings.
If the O-rings are worn out, contact EMS after-sales service to obtain replacements.
If the O-rings are intact, the cord may not be properly connected. Check the cord connections.
If the issue persists, contact EMS after-sales service.
