Powder leaks from the AIRFLOW® cord

The AIRFLOW® pinching element may be worn out, or the air interface may be dirty, causing a powder leak.

Disconnect the cord, clean the air jack, and reconnect it.
If the issue persists, contact EMS after-sales service.
