PIEZON® handpiece symbol is ON

Check that PIEZON® handpiece contains the RFID/NFC logo.
If it is the case, check that this handpiece is correctly connected to the handpiece cord connector.
If the logo RFID/NFC is missing, you can use your EMS handpiece but you will be restricted in connectivity. Contact your EMS representative for further assistance and information.
