If the top O-ring of the cap is missing, a new cap is required. If the inner O-ring of the cap is missing or damaged, replace it with a new O-ring. If the O-ring located on the bottom cover of the bottle is missing, the entire bottom cover must be replaced.
If the issue persists, replace the powder chamber or bottle lid with a new one, or contact EMS Aftersales service.
