- Turn off the device.
- Under the device, move the lever towards yourself and take out the black part (connector) of the cord
- Check the connector for dried Night Cleaner. If there are traces of it, clean them.
- For PIEZON® only, check the pins on connector with the handpiece. If the pins on the cord are oxidized or have night cleaner inside the pins, clean the pins or replace the cord.
