The problem may have multiple causes. A step-by-step multiple checks are required.
- The pedal is not detected (at least one pedal must be connected to operate the device):
- Wired pedal may be disconnected. Check if the jack is fully inserted. Restart the device.
- Wireless pedal is not paired. Perform a new pairing by watching the video on the maintenance chapter. Go to MAINTENANCE section and select How to pair the wireless pedal with the AIRFLOW® Prophylaxis Master & AIRFLOW® ONE?
