GBT Care covers the GBT® machine, AIRFLOW® Prophylaxis Master (AFPM) and AIRFLOW® One (AFOne) devices that are still under warranty and have periodic maintenance completed.

Skipping annual maintenance may void your warranty and GBT Care coverage, especially if the issue could have been prevented with proper servicing.

We recommend servicing your device every 12 months or after 2,000 operating hours—whichever comes first.

GBT Care covers repairs, regular maintenance, and priority support, helping you avoid unexpected repair costs and downtime.

When sending your device, include all components: device, handpieces, powder chamber, bottles, cords, pedal, and tips

Yes! GBT Care covers accidental damage, such as clogs in water/air connections, cracks on plastic parts, and misuse-related issues.

Repairs are usually completed within 7–14 business days after receiving your device. GBT Care customers receive priority support to minimize delays.

GBT Care automatically renews every year for up to 5 years. You’ll be notified before renewal for your convenience.
