Insufficient lighting on the PIEZON® LED.

  1. Check the light guide and replace if necessary. The product reference is FV-065.
  2. If the light is still weak, replace the handpiece. Contact EMS aftersales service.

The device is whistling or making strange noises. Temperature or sound of the AIRFLOW® Prophylaxis Master & AIRFLOW® ONE is not what I want. Water leakage between the handpiece and the PERIOFLOW Nozzle (unusual leak of droplets).
